My past includes Director of Radio at The Album Network, Charts and Music Manager for Radio & Records, Associate Producer for the Mark & Brian radio program, West Coast Director of Promotion for Digital Musicworks Int’l as well as holding down radio air-shifts at KTYD and KHTY/Santa Barbara, CA. as well as KNAC.com.

I have published articles in Radio & Records, The Album Network, Virtually Alternative, Totally Adult, Aggro-Active, Network 40/Country Network and Venice Magazine plus content providers Free Gotham, Fazer,  Lithium and knac.com.

In addition to publishing articles for mainstream and industry publications, I also write and edit: website content, artist bio’s, promotional pieces, and press releases, song and album reviews, concert coverage, business features, music research, press kits, artist bio’s, press releases, copy-editing and creative writing assignments. I also write a blog called Vogelism. Areas of specific expertise include, but not limited to: rock (heritage, mainstream, heavy metal/hard rock and alternative), Top 40 (pop, urban and rhythmic) and adult contemporary, as well as radio, pop culture, sports, exercise and politics.

Complimenting these efforts,  I am also applying my passion for music as the West Coast Editor for FreeGotham.com and as the  National Music Examiner at Examiner.com.
